Thank you to everyone who attended the recent union meeting. It was great meeting so many of you and having the opportunity to introduce the new supplemental benefits now available to UA Local 123 members.
We understand that many of you wanted to take your information home and discuss it with your spouse or family before making a decision. We also know that not everyone was able to attend the meeting, so we wanted to make sure every member has the opportunity to learn about these benefits.
These plans are designed to pay cash benefits directly to you when unexpected life events happen—helping with out-of-pocket expenses, household bills, lost income, or any other financial needs while you're recovering.
Benefit Overview
Accident Insurance

Provides cash benefits for covered on- or off-the-job accidents (broken leg, car accident, slip & fall)

Includes benefits for items such as emergency room visits, ambulance, surgery, fractures, physical therapy, follow-up care, and more
Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Lump sum payment ($1,000-$5,000) when you're admitted to the hospital for a covered illness or injury (kidney stones, pregnancy, appendix ruptures, etc.)
- Helps offset deductibles, copays, and other expenses that often come with a hospital stay
Critical Illness Insurance
Whether you're interested in one benefit or all three, we'll help you review your options and answer any questions you may have.

If you attended the meeting, please have your rate sheet available during your appointment. If you were unable to attend, we'll review everything with you from the beginning so you have the same information as everyone else.
